FAQs
An editor is a member of your Harvestr project with unlimited creation, edition and administration rights. They are usually people who are responsible for managing customer feedback and building the product roadmap (Product Managers, Product Marketers, Product Owners, Customer Feedback Managers, etc.).
A contributor is a member of your Harvestr workspace with limited rights. Contributors can view information but they can only perform certain actions within the workspace: adding feedback and comments. Contributor rights are generally useful for people from Support, Success, Sales… who want to follow customer feedback status and contribute to the roadmap. Contributors are free and the number of contributors permitted varies according to the plan you choose. A contributor account is not required to send feedback from integrations like Slack, Intercom, Salesforce, etc.
In Harvestr, you pay per editor. The price per editor varies according to the plan you select. You can also invite contributors with limited rights for free. For example: for 2 x 79 = $158 / month (Scale Plan on a monthly subscription), you will get access to all the Scale plan features with 2 editors and up to 50 free contributors.
No. You can submit feedback to Harvestr from one of our integrations without having a Harvestr account. You will still be identified as the submitter of the feedback and you will get also notified on status updates even if you do not have a Harvestr account.
With our free Launch plan, you get 1 editor and up to 10 contributors for free. You can create up to 250 backlog items (called “Discoveries” in Harvestr). You can also create a limted number of fields and views. If you need more, consider our Scale plan.
When you register with Harvestr, you have 14 days to try our Scale plan for free. If you wish to try the Elite plan, reach out to us and our team will activate it for you. During the trial, you can invite as many editors and contributors as you wish. To continue using Harvestr at the end of your trial, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans or downgrade to the free plan.
No. We don’t require a credit card upfront so you won't be charged unless you decide to subscribe to a paid plan and enter your credit card details. If you want to continue using Harvestr at the end of your trial, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. You can also pay by invoice with our Elite plan.
In Harvestr, you can import user and company data using our CSV and Excel imports. These imports are unlimited. You can also synchronize customer data from external tools (Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce). We won't import and synchronize all the customers you have in your CRM but only the ones that exist in Harvestr, usually because they are linked to feedback. You can synchronize up to 1000 with the Scale plan. If you need to synchronize more than 1000 customers, you should consider our Elite plan. No matter the plan, you can synchronize as many attributes as you wish per customer.
